When you use this site (booking an appointment, requesting a quote, or telling us about a vehicle you want to sell) we may collect: your name, phone and email; your vehicle details (make, model, year, VIN, mileage, photos, condition); your ZIP code or pickup address; and basic technical data about your visit (language, device type).
We use this information to: give you a quote or purchase offer, follow up with you, coordinate the repair or pickup of your vehicle, and improve the service we offer. We don't use your information for third-party advertising.
By giving us your phone number on any form on this site, you authorize us to contact you by call or SMS about your request — even if your request is left incomplete (for example, if you start the sell-your-car form but don't finish it, we may call to help you complete it). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance. We never share your number with third parties to contact you for marketing purposes.
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run the site (hosting, database, messaging), and with authorities when required by law.
We keep your information while there is an active service relationship (an ongoing quote, repair, or purchase offer) and for a reasonable time afterward for warranty, accounting, or legal purposes.
Your information is stored on infrastructure with access controls limited to shop staff who need it to assist you. Connections to this site are encrypted.

This site saves your language and theme (light/dark) preferences in your browser so you don't have to choose them every time. We don't use advertising tracking cookies.
