By using this site, requesting a quote, booking an appointment, or submitting information about your vehicle to sell it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

This site is operated by Taller XYZ, which buys used vehicles directly from their owners in the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area and places them with the salvage yards and buyers we work with.

Purchase of used vehicles in any condition — including vehicles that will not start, are wrecked, or have no title — with pickup included, and placement with salvage yards and buyers for parting out or resale.

Quotes you receive by message or on the site are estimates based on the information you give us. The firm offer is confirmed once we inspect your vehicle in person and verify its condition and paperwork. You are under no obligation to sell until you accept a concrete offer.

When you tell us about your vehicle to sell it (including the quick form with year, make, model, ZIP code and phone), the number we give you is an initial estimate. The final offer is subject to a physical inspection of the vehicle, title verification and actual condition — it may differ from the estimate. You're under no obligation to sell until you accept a concrete offer.

By submitting your phone number on any form on this site, you agree that we may contact you by call or text message (SMS) about your quote, offer, or request — including via autodialer. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages, and HELP for assistance. This is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Any warranty on parts or labor is specified in writing on your work order or invoice at the time of repair. We make no warranty promises beyond what's stated there.

You may not use this site to submit false information, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for purposes other than requesting our services.

We do our best to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee it's error-free at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
